99 Chats is a website where the users can create a free chat room for private conversation. The user creates the group chat with a title, the other users create a username. When the chat room is set up it will pop up with a URL to send to others, which will take them directly to the chat room. 

 

Cognitive Development would fit 99 chats well. He list the basic assumption for adults and adolescents and the need for conversation is a basic assumption he lists.
